Walk Softly and Carry a Big Shtick

Teddy Roosevelt was a president of the United States in the early 20th century.
He was known for making use of a West African proverb

"Speak Softly and Carry a Big Stick - You Will Go Far"

While realizing a big stick can be very important,
I think that having some good shticks is at least as important.
It also seems important that everyone be able to speak,
particularly as they keep more informed.

For those that find this important:
